Emma Stone, my best dressed from the MTV Movie Awards, made a guest appearance on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ yesterday evening.
The actress was there to promote her new movie, ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’.
Dressed in a red Monique Lhuillier Fall 2012 leather sleeveless dress, Emma looked stunning.
I love the matchy-matchyness of the look as she added red Christian Louboutin ‘Un Bout’ pumps and a bold Revlon red lip colour.
Smoothed out tresses and a gorgeous smile make this look another BDOTW contender.
I adore everything about this look and I can’t wait to see more from her during this promo tour.

Definitely miss the black belt. It would have taken this to a “wow” for me. As it is, it’s on standby for BDOTW for now (for me).

I would have liked a thin belt (not the runway one which is too heavy) but that’s a minor issue.
Why did she dye her hair blonde just for promoting the movie? Hopefully it is just for another role.
Missing the belt. I don’t think this is BDOTW as it isn’t perfect, as the majority of us think she needed the belt. BDOTW must be head-to-toe perfection. Her hair here (color aside) looks gorgeous.
for me, this is FAR from BDOTW. While it’s a fun color, it’s not great with her particular coloring or the blond hair. There needed to be other accessories to break up/add interest to the look.
I would be on board with a belt and different shoes. As it stands, it isn’t BDOTW material for me.

This matchy-matchy look would’ve been perfect for me if the dress was a bit more fitted at the waist and the skirt was a bit shorter and more structured/had more shape to it – this way it wouldn’t need a belt of any kind and let the silhouette and the structure of the dress speak for themselves. The way the dress looks on Emma, it falls a bit flat.
Emma’s promotion tour would be a shower with rainbow for my boring summer. *Doing a celebration dance right now*
I don’t think this is a stand-out look for her. I think the best from her in this week would be Versace on Guy’s Choice Awards.
One thing I love about Emma is that she suits a variety of hair colours. I can’t decide which I love more, the blonde or the red.
I can’t wait for this promo tour either, her last tour for The Help was fantastic! I love this look and am glad that she didn’t wear the belt as I like the almost dainty feel of the look. Great colour on her. I am not over moon about the pvc shoe trend but I do like the slingbacks more as I don’t always like the ankle strap. It’s fine on Emma though.
I like this look because that color looks fantastic with her skin and hair. But if she had a belt like the model it would’ve been perfect.
I think Emma is ADORB. Although she looks nice, I do not LOVE it. It’s a little blah.
