Michelle Yeoh attended the Giorgio Armani ‘One Night Only in Beijing’ Fashion Show held in Beijing on Thursday evening.
The actress looked stunning wearing an Armani Privé Fall 2012 mermaid dress with flounces in silver-coloured lamé tulle.
The dramatic gown, with subtle green accents along the bottom, glides flawlessly on Michelle, without overwhelming her petite frame.
An upswept ponytail shows off the delicate tulle folds along the bust, while diamond earrings and bracelets add an extra bit of bling.
The only thing I don’t love about this look is the questionable choice to pair that clunky watch with such a delicate dress. This is our constant gripe with Michelle.

I adore this gown but the watch is sooo out of place.
gown looks stunning but she always wear random bracelets and watch with nice dresses, badbadbad
Hate the watch. But its still BDOTW worthy. The gown is gorgeous
I agree.
Ditto.
agree! the best of her
AMAZING!!!!
The dress isn’t really my taste so I don’t love it but Michelle looks lovely. I would looove for someone to get hold of that watch and throw it away though
Michelle with hat watch is like Eva Longoria with her “boring” Maniac pumps. Michelle just in love with the watch.
i mean ‘that’ not ‘hat’
Not my favorite collection but some pieces are gorgeous. Wonder why the US celebrities have yet to don more looks from this collection on the RC.
This gown is one of the most difficult to pull off, I think, but she does a good job. If only the watch could go! (I am a terrible watch wearer as well, but I have a more subtle gold and silver thin band–not a heavy black one!)
The fashion show looks amazing.
I love the look and feel of this collection. The green underlay at the bottom really makes this gown, and I love the way that the tiers become very much like fish scales in the context of the whole collection. (The dark blue gown with the sea serpent running up it would be absolutely exquisite on the right person.)
Yes, the watch is unfortunate, but the gown is just gorgeous and, as you say, fits her perfectly. She looks truly lovely. I think this is a BDOTW contender.
WOW! This is a beautiful, one of a kind gown. I adore it on Michelle. I hate the watch as well but agree that it should go up for BDOTW. Amazing.
She looks stunning. I don’t mind the watch.
Gorgeous gown on her, big fan. The watch is an eyesore, a gorgeous updo instead of ponytail is a must.
I think the dress is spectacular, Cannes-worthy but she failed in the styling and the ocassion to wear it, even if it fits her very well.
