Santigold joined Solange Knowles on the red carpet at the 2012 MoMA Party In The Garden Benefit in New York City last night.
The singer wore a Marni Spring 2012 dress.
Her royal-blue houndstooth-pattern top with a fitted waist and fluted hem was teamed with a matching skirt.
An additional colour pop came via her green nail polish which matched her suede pumps.
Cartier jewels completed her look.

I love how her nails matched her shoes.
I don’t think she pulls it off.
I only like her nail polish and her pumps. The dress is unflattering.
I love Santigold what a talented musician!!
Also FC could you post pics of Bianca Balti and at Cannes in D&G and tell me what you think I loved the makeup and hair and floral gown only if it was a knee length dresss without the train also she wore a stunning Gucci dress at the Gucci event. I think she is such an stunning model
Sorry, but I just can’t take requests at the busy time .
This look is classy for an r&b singer. I don’t mind the random pops of color.
Soo happy to see santiigold featured, love her! Loving the nail/shoes and I do adore that blue on her but something about the proportions/fit just aren’t working.
Agreed. The colors are wonderful, but the lines aren’t so great.
Just dreadful–the proportions of the dress are just so heavy as are the shoes. Unfortunate choice.
Dreadful, agreed, not to mention how much I dislike her hair and makeup.
Yup
+1 and I add matronly as well
This is too 80′s and too school-marmish for me.
Santigold… And Marni? No! No musician (outside of classical music, and perhaps not even then) should wear Marni unless it’s being mixed ironically somehow.
I’m getting sick of suede pumps, despite being brightly colored they look really heavy.
The back of this is cut out and makes it more a more interesting choice but you can’t see it obviously . I think the fit is wrong and don’t understand the shoe choice.Shame !
