For some high glamour, we had to turn to Roxane Mesquida this evening for the ‘On The Road’ Cannes Film Festival premiere.
The French actress looked stunning wearing a Roberto Cavalli gown.
Her grey tulle sleeveless embroidered gown with a keyhole detail was enriched with silver sequins.
The sequins were no match for her silver metallic clutch and diamond jewels.
She completed her look with a braided details in her new cropped do and a ravishing red hot lip colour.

At first, from the side, I thought this was Elisabeth Moss and I almost had a heart attack.
But Roxane is selling the hell out of this look. This is exactly the kind of glamour I love to see at Cannes!
I love the gown, but she’s not selling it to me.
Well this gown doesn’t look like Cavalli at all and I love it.
It really does not look like Cavalli, it looks like a bad Marchesa dress.
Another cavalli creation that I questioned in a good way!
Loving the womanliness of this look, the glamorous gown looks fantastic on her womanly figure, the jewels are complementary and make it even more exciting, she is totally selling it to me, red lippie is a perfect touch.
OMG OMG OMG. I LOVE THIS GOWN. SWOON.
J’Adore. This is one of the best looks from the Festival and certainly one of Roberto Cavalli’s best ever creations and Cannes gowns.
Bravo Roxane and Roberto. Love this look head to toe.
Agree 100 percent on every point.
perfect. very glamour and sensual.
I feel disappointed by this Cannes thus far… I know its not over yet, but things just haven’t been BAM! WOW! ANOTHER AMAZING DRESS! this year. I guess I got spoiled with the last two-three years.
The fit is not that great… that bugs me. Otherwise, a great dress.
Roberto Cavalli was quoted as saying the same thing
I have to disagree about the fit. It’s a body-skimming fit, and it skims her womanly body perfectly.
It’s how the dress fits her on her upper body that it bugs me.
And FC – exciting that I’m not the only one to feel this way if Mr. Cavalli said the same thing.
Roberto Cavalli should do more couture. He’s so good at it. Love the intricate detailing on that gown.
I love this, it’s elegant, yet she still manages to look fresh and edgy. Take note Kristen Stewart.
The fit doesn’t seem perfect and yet, it doesn’t really bother me as she looks so very glam – I’m glad we are having a good(ish) day today, the last few have been sparse as far as good looks go…..
This dress is sooo beautiful! I just wish it were strapless. The top part above the bust looks like unnecessary material.
This is okay. Not crazy about the hair or the fit of the dress.
ditto
I love the hairstyle. another way to wear a cropped bob.
She reminds a bit Eva Green, I think their beauty is quite similar. Great dress.
Don’t like the hair but this gown is nice.
the dress is incredible but I’m not sure about the new hairdo
I like the drama of this. I did notice that the top doesn’t seem to fit as well at it could, but still, it works. The jewelry and clutch are fantastic.
Those braids are just a joke, right? I’m not crazy for the dress, but the hideous hairstyle doesn’t make things better.
The dress looks kind of like a mermaid costume to me…I don’t love it and the fit is off. Her hair is a bit harsh. Overall the whole look doesn’t work for me.
