Jennifer Lopez took to the stage for the ‘American Idol’ Top 2 Live Performance Show in Hollywood, California last night with Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson.
The judge was back to her best wearing Zuhair Murad Spring 2012 Couture.
She wore a one-sleeve beaded black top with a cut-out shoulder and v-shaped structured hem with black leather pants.
JLo opted for a simple bun, black nail polish, Jacqueline Nerguizian onyx stud earrings and Jimmy Choo ‘Liv’ black heels.

Don’t like it. it looks like a leotard with tights underneath, which seems sort of trashy
she does have a big butt, doesn’t she! no offence — I’m Indian and we’re something of masters of the art of dressing up the big butt. but this wouldn’t get a pass. that V-bottomed top is a definite buzz-killer.
Those pants look AWFUL on her.

I don’t even like it on the model.
I have different view point. The leather pants are making her look very bulky i.e bottom heavy!! I usually love the DIVA JLo, but today is a total miss or should I say mess…
This is an interesting lesson in dressing. When she appears in dresses, even if they are tight, her butt/thighs don’t seem especially huge. In these and previous pants, they do. (This is a reminder to self: tight pants do no one favors. Except supermodels and FC)
Looking at the pics of J-Lo’s different outfits on American Idol is like having a crash-course in what (not) to wear. I cannot get over how different her body can look. At times she looks so good – slim and in great shape – but at other times she looks, well, like she does above. Not good.
This whole season has been very hit and miss for me for Jennifer’s outfits, last season she was impeccable but this year she seems to have tried too hard to be hip (forgive the pun). This look is just awful, the cutaway shoulder and the v bottom of the top gives her a weird silhouette, and the pants are too short. The sandals are nice …
