After arriving in Cannes on Friday, Cassie finally took to the red carpet for the ‘Killing Them Softly’ premiere during Cannes Film Festival this evening.
The singer wore a Roberto Cavalli gown.
Her beaded gown which has chiffon inserts trailing off into a dramatic train is stunning.
It’s such a shame that her hair is an abomination.

I agree! I love her hair. It somewhat insulting to everyone who likes it when you use such harsh words, but it’s your website, your rules.

Got to agree with FC here. How can you be insulted by other people’s opinions?! As we all know taste and opinion differs. If you don’t accept different opinions you shouldn’t participate in discussions.
Criticising the person rather than the outfit is unfair but FC didn’t do that. Hair, makeup and dresses are fair game. (I don’t know who this person is but her half GI Jane-half Kardashian hairstyle is awful).

There’s something that seems rather cheap about the style of the bodice, imo. The whole gown looks rather like a off-the-rack prom dress…and a rather tacky on at that. However, if somebody classy had worn this I wouldn’t feel so strongly about it. Cassie’s hair is just SOOOOOO bad. It cheapens every looks SO entirely!

LOL! So lame. Now she just looks like a cookie-cutter pretty girl model-type. I wouldn’t blink twice at her looking like that. I’m sure that’s the reason why her hair has been like this for so long, too. There’s nothing wrong with it. She looks gorgeous and wears it well.

If you’re going to wear your hair like this, pick clothing that goes with it. The hairstyle really ruins what could have been a beautiful look.

I wouldn’t wear my hair like that but she is undeniably gorgeous. What I would remove, however, are the earrings. I have no idea how she is so don’t know if she is ‘trashy’ or not – that’s immaterial to me.

I don’t care for the overall look and feel (hair, gown, etc.)….however the single best thing about this outfit are those earrings: how I adore them!!
i think Cassie looks amazing here. her dress is a little bit too dark with her hair being the same colour, a bit of blue somewhere within would’ve worked really well, and woulda complimented the earrings too.

I am so tired of Cassie’s hair! She has worn that style since 2009! Back then, it was new, modern, fresh and cool. Now, it’s just dull, boring, old and a fading trend!
Also, I don’t think that hairstyle work with that amazing dress. Something a little bit more feminine would have looked better, at least, to me.
She needs to grow her beautiful hair back out, it’s a shame that we can’t see her flowing, black waves on the other side of her pretty face too!
Someone please remind why she is famous again? She went out with/goes out with P Diddy or is there something else?

I love the whole look. I don’t mind the hair since it was her trademark for years. I mean she was one of the first to adopt that hairstyle and if she wants to keep it, good for her. I don’t think it ruins the outfit

I have no idea who this woman is but she has a very beautiful face. I am not a fan of the partly shaved head trend so I think it is a shame Cassie has chosen to follow this trend because her hair is beautiful. The dress is nice, I like the way the light hits it but overall I don’t really like this look.
