   I have always thought that the Billboard Awards were for young and fresh so I vote for Brandy. Carrie and Taylor are once again overdressed. Alicia is wearing too much black and I don’t care for Jordan and Kay Perry.

     I agree!! Brandy is the only one that looked ‘fresh’ Carrie and Taylor looked like they were going to the Oscars or Golden Globes…and Alicia..that black dress looked bad on her skin tone..and Jordan wasnt even in the running.

   The Oscar de la Renta is a GORGEOUS show-stopper and Carrie looks beautiful, but I have to agreed with FC that the dress really needed a sleeker hairdo.

   Brandy looked AMAZING!!!! She is the only one who looked fresh, and properly dressed for the occasion. The rest almost look overdressed..like they were attending the Oscars..
