Brandy Norwood turned up the heat on Sunday evening at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards.
The singer wore a Herve Leger by Max Azria Spring 2012 bandage dress.
Her curve-enhancing mauve-coloured fringed bandage dress with rose-gold metal accents was style with rose-gold metallic Christian Louboutin bow-accented ‘Lady Peep’ slingbacks.
The rest of her accessories included a gold leopard-print clutch and a selection of London Manori statement jewels.
I love the new do. Those tight voluminous curls give this look a retro Diana Ross vibe.
Smoky eyes and a neutral lip colour provided the finishing touches.

Curly hair needs a lot of care (I know mine are almost as curly as hers), but it always looks so much better than hair that are forced straight !

Brandys look was eye-popping. Loved it!
I don’t like any of it. Not the hair, the makeup, the boobs are hanging out, Brandy has gotten too thin and overall I think she tries to hard on the red carpet. She has a wide face and that hair is not complimentary, a sleek do would be great on her. The dress is fab
I think she looks fabulous. Not usually a fan of these dresses, but it is perfect for this type of event. She was my BD of the event–the gowns were lovely, but this was a refreshing variation.
Wow, Brandy looks absolutely stunning! I’m soooo glad that she doesn’t have a long skinny face which would resemble a flamingo or an Ostrich. The hair is amazing and voluminous. This look screams SUMMERTIME. I’m also happy that someone finally stepped out of the boring ‘straight hair’ box (that we’ve seen done countless times on the red carpet) and decided to spice up their look. Well done Brandy!
