Jessica Chastain continues to shine during the 2012 Cannes Film Festival.
This evening she wore a heavenly gown to the ‘Lawless’ premiere.
Her nude flowy chiffon Gucci Première gown sparkled with gold embellishments cascading down the dress.
I get a sense that she’s enjoying the red carpet more these days, as she seems to be switching things up often — starting with a minimalist Alexander McQueen gown, and now we have this embellished stunner.
Jessica’s long red wavy hair was accented with a Chopard white diamond cluster.

The gown itself is stunning but I don’t like the bust area and I wish she wore her hair up.

Her long red wavy hair is just so pretty (can see better on the other images) and romantic, works beautifully with the look.
As for this gown on Jessica, not really sure, it’s pretty but the sparkly embellishments enlarge her visually around the tummy.
I used to wear my hair like that when I was 12-to go to school.

The dress is beautiful even if it’s nothing new, but the color doesn’t anything to her. But, honestly, I’ve never seen a photo in which she looked so beautiful as the photos of this day in Cannes. She has such a graceful face, but she has no style, be honest…

I feel if the gown had an layer underneath the skirt portion, it would have a bit more of body and aide the fall. Also there is no excuse to the bust gaping like it is.

Now THIS is definitely more like it, but the hair could have been better.
Bad posture plus the unflattering things the wind is doing to her dress in the first picture make it appear as a “so close!” moment. Her beauty is straight out of fairy tales though. On most occasions there’s just something slightly unfinished about her looks but I think it’s mostly because her beauty doesn’t translate well in photographs. It’s a whole different story when it comes to her televised interviews/appearances etc. She really is a stunning beauty.
