Eva Longoria In Emilio Pucci – L’Oreal Paris 15th Anniversary Dinner

Eva Longoria joined Freida Pinto and Fan Bingbing on the red carpet at the L’Oreal Paris 15th Anniversary dinner, held at Plage Orange during the 2012 Cannes Film Festival.

The actress wore her second Emilio Pucci Fall 2012 look of the night.

On this occasion she opted to go sans train selecting a black cocktail dress.

Much like her gown, the LBD had sheer inserts which featured on many pieces within this collection.

So far I haven’t moaned about Eva’s footwear as she’s been mostly wearing gowns, but her cocktail dress reveals that she packed her favourite Brian Atwood ‘Maniac’ black pumps. *Le sigh*

A gold clutch and a pretty pink lip colour completed her look.

*Gives FC a ‘I know, I know, the shoes would make even Demi Moore cry’ hug*.

    I like everything else here.

The hair and makeup is muy fabulosa Eva. Si si si.

Had she worn a pair of Gucci sandals, this would have been my favourite look from her at Cannes.

Yes to the dress, no the shoes. I guess creative, fun and non-safe looking shoes are a “risk” on the red carpet?

Good point. The shoes are (at best) a colossal bore with that dress, but with her hair down, they totally ruin the overall look. From the ankles up, she’s got “sultry cocktail party;” from the ankles down, she’s got “administrative assistant.” NO.

She looks so smoky and sultry I’m just gonna ignore those chunky shoes and give her my vote.

She always looks so severe when she’s wearing all black.
The make-up has a lot to do it that, too.
I don’t think that orange blush suits her at all, and the eye make-up is heavy and adds years to her age.

I can’t stand these shoes anymore!!!
Let’s invite all celebs to a Maniac pumps burning ball!
Think of it as charity to our eyes…

I love Eva in Cannes so far.
For the shoes, if she didn’t wore them so often, i guess i’m fine with it, but because we know that she continually wore those shoes over and over again, this time a can’t forgive her.

Aside from the heavy shoes, I love this look. The dress is so classy and looks great on her.

Don’t love the dress, but I’m not even looking at it because of those SHOES. Eva, NO!

Is it wrong for me to want black shoes to be strictly forbidden on the red carpet when you wear a black dress ?

A pop of color makes everything more interesting.

She is gorgeous in the dress but it is a shame about the shoes. Perfect hair and makeup as usual.
