Charlotte Casiraghi also attended the ‘Once Upon A Time In America’ – Gucci Film Foundation’ premiere during the 2012 Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals this evening.
The royal, who is the face of Gucci’s ‘Forever Now’ campaign, wore a Gucci Fall 2012 dress with Cartier jewels.
Her forest green gown with ruffles cascading down the skirt and around the neckline was teamed with a black and gold clutch, plus gold peep-toes.
Gucci fans will recognise that this gown closely resembles Look 24.
She pinned her hair to one side to allow her curls to tumble down one shoulder.
Usually I’m totally indifferent to Charlotte on the red carpet, but for once she appeared happy to be there.

It’s a great look but I will not remember it at the end of the festival.
She looks beautiful!
I like how her tumbling curls are echoing the ruffles cascading down the skirt. Gold accessories work perfectly with forest green. It’s a very nice look but she needs to work on her posture and facial expression (comes across as a bit arrogant)
it is quite boring look for me.. i m not liking this atall
Boring is the first word that came into my mind too…
The color and the cut suit her, she looks regal in that gown. I, however, would say she looks anything but happy… Horrible facial expression in the second pic.
I think she looks older than she normally is.
She looks nice imo
She looks older here (she’s 25) and I think it has to do with the arrogant expression. Maybe it’s not intentional but it comes off the way to me. The dress is lovely though subdued–I only wish the bodice was better fitted. It looks rather limp. The accessories are nice–hair is average. She isn’t pulling off the lustrous waves as well as some of the others.
agree with the expression. It looks like she’s thinking “you peasants”
that’s very her, classic and a bit conservative. she looks better than usual, but she should have worn a bra.
The dress is so so, but she is quite the beauty. Now that the Royal Family has lifted the Catholic marriage ban, perhaps Harry should get himself down to Monte Carlo.
She’s looking more like her mother for each appearance. And unfortunately for the Monaco-royals they all have the same arrogant expression.
Ah well, that’s royalty for you….
I don’t think this is appropriate for Cannes. I’m very under whelmed by this look and her bad posture is killing it even more for me. Go big or go home, that’s all I have to say.
At least she is not wearing Chanel for once haha
I actually LOVE her – she is for me the epitome of class – I even liked her blue Chanel dress earlier this year – I like this but I have to say I never got the link between her and Gucci – she is for me the personification of a Chanel woman
I like the dress from the waist down. The fit on the chest is quite ugly, her breasts seem a bit shapeless.
