Elle Macpherson attended NBC’s Upfront Presentation in New York City on Monday.
The ‘Fashion Star’ host, who’s know for donning glamorous gowns, opted for a more masculine look on this occasion.
She teamed a J Brand leather jacket with a Bottega Veneta grey tank top, which was tucked into her Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2011 Couture striped tapered pants.
With her dip-dyed hair, she completed her look with nude Christian Louboutin pumps, a matching gold studded iPad case/clutch and a Mawi panther knuckleduster.
I love the look from head to toe, but I’m baffled at the dip-dyed hair.

It feels like there is too much going on, especially with the over-sized clutch and sunglasses. Not sure about the pants either…
And a Mawi panther knuckleduster!

thank you
Yes! That look is fun – well done!!
The dip dyed hair is an attempt to stay young. Elle looks great but she’s not 21 anymore.
I really love the outfit, but I feel like dip-dyed hair doesn’t look good on anyone over the age of about twenty.
Everything but the dry shoes and hair.
love it,and I’ll pretend not to see her dip dyed hair
I don’t like the pants. That is not my taste.
I don’t like it.
I really don’t like the Louboutin ipad case, it just feels weird, I get that it goes, but unless she was carrying an actual ipad for a real purpose, which I doubt, then I think she should have just carried a clutch or even gone clutch free a la Jessica Chastain.
I like that she used the iPad case as a clutch, which Louboutin clearly intended for. This look is okay to me. I will never be into slouchy pants.
My only complaint about the hair is that I wish she moved it so we could see her face.
This whole look is sloppy to me. Wrong on so many levels.
