Here are the rest of the looks from the Series Launch Celebration of ‘The Conversation’ held at the DVF Studio in New York City yesterday which was also attended by Diane Kruger and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Giovanna Battaglia: The contributing fashion editor to W magazine wore a black Diane von Furstenberg Fall 2012 black long-sleeve dress decorated with silver fringed embellishments. Her dress was teamed with Prada embellished patent-leather slingback wedge sandals with a pop of colour courtesy of her green Edie Parker clutch.
Malin Akerman: Usually the actress can do no wrong in my book, but I wish she’d been more adventurous with her shoe choice like Giovanna when selecting heels for her gold metallic mini dress.
Coco Rocha: The model works this high-neck long-sleeve dress with a fierce supermodel pose. She accessorized with black patent peep-toes and an aqua Diane von Furstenberg ‘Lytton’ python-effect leather box clutch.
Rashida Jones: The actress has me crying out for colour. She selected an all-black look which consisted of a chiffon sleeveless blouse, a textured shorts and black booties. Not wearing colour or prints to a DVF event; isn’t there some kinda law against that?

“Not wearing colour or prints to a DVF event; isn’t there some kinda law against that?” LOL.
Coco Rocha is my favorite here, even though she didn’t wore color either. But at least her clutch is colored.
Diane Kruger is my favorite at this event.
+1
Coco Rocha and Giovanna are my best dresses from this event.
Coco stands out for me here–I really like her look although she looks a bit tense imo.
Giovanna’s look has nothing WRONG with it, but it’s a bit severe.
As for the other two…*shakes head*
Malin’s whole look is super-cheap and Rashida’s look is boring and unflattering in every way possible.
Coco is the only one I like here. That blue clutch is a great pop of color.
All of these looks are underwhelming.
Everyone is so meh *goes to sleep* but Giovanna.
Marlin looks awful.
This is what happens to celebs without their stylist: Rashida Jones’ look.
I actualy loved Malin’s look, as you can see here, the shoes are fantastic! http://passionlouboutin.blogspot.pt/
The only look I love here is Giovanna Battaglia.
The rest is boring but kudos to Coco for that fierce pose.
giovanna is the only one who doesn’t bore me!
PS: didn’t these girls get the memo about it being spring?! where’s the color?
Rashida looks awful! From the shiny forehead to the dirty-looking hair to the hideous boots to the ill-fitting dress, this is the worst I’ve ever seen her –one of the worst dressed of the year so far. Too bad, she seems like a perfectly nice girl.
