Linda Evangelista was spotted headed to the Manhattan Family Court in New York City earlier today where a settlement has been reached in her child support case against her 5-year-old son’s French billionaire father Francois-Henri Pinault.
The 46-year-old supermodel walked confidently past the the media wearing an Erdem Spring 2012 dress.
Her ‘Anouska’ off-the-shoulder dress oozes femininity with its signature Erdem vivid floral print and its pleated skirt.
Black shades, a gold watch and a beige Chanel quilted clutch accessorized her look.
She completed her look with black pumps which were an odd choice for her pretty dress.

The dress is lovely and the shoulder bag is a great match, but the shoes are puzzling. And sad.
I agree. Everything is good but the shoes.
As much as I hate the pumps, I feel like they were needed to make this outfit more court-appropriate, and while I feel that a beige to match her bag would have sufficed, these are more ‘serious’ looking, except that I do think that a black bag, or belt, would have made the whole thing mroe congruous.
Also, I much prefer this dress on her than th yellow one on Kate Bosworth.
my first reaction to this was WHAT?! but then i realized that miss evangelista is the definition of diva and i fell in love with her court chic look
the shoes are exactly what one wears to court (probably?!) so i am not disappointed by the fact that they are black!
If one must go to court, this is the way to do it.
