Diane Kruger was at the DVF Studio in New York City yesterday to attend ‘The Conversation Launch’ Series Celebration with a host of celebrity guests.
The German actress selected a Diane von Furstenberg Pre-Fall 2012 ‘Abrielle’ dress.
Her black-and-white crystal embellished dress with a longer back hemline was teamed with a striped black-and-white Prada paillettes clutch plus black peep-toe platforms.
As always Diane didn’t wear much makeup, simply applying a glossy lip colour to complete her chic, effortless look.

she looks INCREDIBLE as always.
What strikes me so much is how old she actually is, 35! I mean she looks like she’s still in her 20′s at the very most… she looks so vibrant and young; she is so beautiful. I can’t wait to see her at cannes this year. Her Met Gala dress Is going to rock everyone’s socks off I’m sure!

If not, than she picked the wrong dress, coz she looks like a pregnant mum.
Btw, that clutch is to die for.
I think the nature of the dress makes anyone look pregnant. But since Diane is a size 4 tops, she doesn’t look too pregnant; if I wore the dress (I am a size 12) I would look pregnant. I know this because I have tried on countless dresses like these and it’s always a no.
She looks great and accessorized well, but this isn’t a BDOTW look.
Since it’s Cannes wee; good looks like this that would get nominated BDOTW on slow weeks aren’t gonna cut it.
Cannes week is next week

“Didn’t wear much makeup”?? This is why we have a distorted view of how people actually look ‘without makeup’, she’s clearly got a whole mascara and eyeshadow thing going on. Are we meant to believe celebrities wake up with flawless skin and permanent eye-liner?
