Scarlett Johansson left the promotional duties to Cobie Smulders this weekend.
The brunette actress joined co-stars Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo and Chris Hemsworth on the red carpet on Saturday night for the Tribeca Film Festival premiere for ‘The Avengers’.
Opting for another bold colour, Cobie looked stunning wearing a Reem Acra Spring 2012 gown.
Her orange-crepe v-neck gown with embellished cap sleeves was styled with complementary gold accessories including a Judith Leiber clutch, a Ippolita gladiator cuff and statement earrings plus a H.Stern ring.
A sophisticated updo and nude lippie completed her look.

I was so glad to see Cobie instead of Scarlett at this premiere. She looks gorgeous again but this time I have to say I don’t like the cuff and she wore burgundy sandals and these I don’t like either.

I miss the belt too! The dress is a tad lownecked for my taste but it is such a sleek, elegant design. With a belt (not necessarily the one on the runway, but just a belt in general) it would have been great.

I love everything about this look, especially the beaded capsleeves, which are a perfect detail. Her gold cuff was an excellent addition. I love the look more without the runway belt.

This falls a bit flat for me. While I wasn’t crazy about the stiff bronze belt on the runway, this dress needs something besides color to keep it from looking run of the mill.
