I’m not sure why, but we are only getting pictures of Jennifer Lopez arriving at CBS studios for the taping of American Idol.
These pictures kinda take the gloss off the whole affair.
Following her head-to-toe gold look from Wednesday night’s live show, Jennifer opted for all black wearing a Zuhair Murad Spring 2012 mini backless dress.
Sorry, make that a micro mini dress as the dress appears way shorter on JLo than the model.
Her paillette-covered high-neck black dress was teamed with Christian Louboutin ‘Picks & Co’ ankle-strap studded heels, which she’s worn on the show a few times before.
On this occasion she opted for silver jewels and a wavy updo.
This dress is so short that you have to be thankful she was seated behind a desk for the show.

personally i dont like it when the older ladies still dress like they are 21. you can still be a sexy mum with out showing off your lady bits.
she looks good and has a great but to me its not a classy look.

She must feel silly…well she looks that way…to be walking outside in the daylight wearing that…but she’ll probably look great on TV.

She looks like a sausage that’s about to explode in this dress. The fit is wrong and the style isn’t age appropriate.

I agree with everyone else. Too short, not age appropriate, not flattering to her body type. Love the shoes.
Seriously? I have to ask why? Why is she doing this to herself? She has been my favorite forever, a true fashionista but as of late she has appeared desperate. This look would have been stunning in every way besides the ridiculous micro mini. Unfortunately she is only making people MORE unattracted to her. Except the gross sleezy guy of course. But who wants to attract that kind of attention? JLo you are better then this.
I feel sad for Jennifer Lopez because she has to fight to have a career and feels she has to dress SUPER sexy to stay in the Hollywood game. Ouch but true.
My point exactly: the dress was already blatantly sexy on the runway and JLo made it shorter.

Why would she make it shorter? It was perfect on the runway and it is completely backless so it was already sexy. On the show she had to stand up and had to spend quite some time pulling her dress down as it had ridden up significantly – not good. I loved seeing her in a more sophisticated look until I saw the ridiculously short length.
Oops , looks like someone forgot her trousers. Almost naked is not sexy Jlo! when will she learn? I wonder how she’ll sit in that tiny dress
This dress looks soooo much better on Jasmine Tookes! I’m surprised at how much better it looks on her compared to J-Lo. The dress is way to short on her, and not at all age appropriate.
I thought, she ws inspired by the X factor judges and decided to fashion it up a little.. and i was really loving the looks, though it was a little too much sometimes. But this is just stupid. I wonder – if she had asked for it to be shortened a little, and the tailor took off a lot, can’t you refuse the dress? Dou still have to wear it?
