Nerea Garmendia In Marni – ‘The Pelayos’ Madrid Premiere

Nerea Garmendia attended the Madrid premiere for ‘The Pelayos’ on Tuesday evening.

The Spanish actress wore a Marni Spring 2012 dress.

This black, brown and yellow dress is a colour combination we’re not used to seeing on the red carpet.

Her textured dress features column colour-blocking and appliqué detailing, as well as a perforated hemline.

The dress has been modified from the runway, as the extra underlay of sheer fabric has been removed.

Strappy patent red Dior heels, a gold Dior clutch and Yanes jewels accessorize the look.

Whilst this is an interesting mix of colours, the shoes do not complement the look. The focus should’ve been on the dress, so a simple, strappy sandal would’ve worked better for me.

Love her #Marni dress, an love the #Dior shoes..
But what I really love about the look is the great way the makeup and her #ghd soft waves match with the whole concept!

This is what I love about Marni. It never fails to catch your eye. Beautiful from head to toe.

    She looks amazing.
her face is great and her hair too.

The shoes look nice with it, the color, dark wine, is not so distracting, if they were black pumps we will talk about the boring choice, those are more fashionable.

    BDOTW contender for me.

I thought she was Megan Fox for a bit!

I like everything but the shoes. The shoes don’t work.

    She looks amazing otherwise.

The dress is cute, the styling is awful.

The dress is very interesting and better without the slip. However, her makeup, shoe, and accessory choice do not work with such a stand-out piece so she loses major points for styling.

What a fascinating dress. I have to say it all works for me.

She looks amazing… I love those Dior shoes with it, it looks more interesting and the make up is flawless! BDOTW contender!

I’m in love with her makeup. How gorge! The dress is interesting but I don’t like the heels with it, the heels on their own are nice though.

I am soooo glad that she removed the sheer fabric, the dress is so much better without it. The shoes itself are nice but I don’t like them in combination with the dress either.

The shoes are too busy for such an intricate dress… strange hair/makeup and accessory choices too. This is a great look but it doesn’t seem to suit her, the dress is wearing her when it should be the other way around.
