Emma Watson attended the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of ‘Struck By Lightning’ held in New York City on Saturday Evening.
Supporting ‘Glee’ star Chris Colfer, who wrote and stars in the film, Emma walked the red carpet in head-to-toe Miu Miu.
Ready for spring, the actress chose mismatched floral prints in ladylike silhouettes.
She then amped up the edgy factor of an otherwise very sweet look by adding a peplum leather jacket on top. We’ve seen her do this before.
Black peep-toes and a pink Miu Miu clutch accessorized the look.
Thankfully, Emma seems to have skipped that awkward stage of growing out her signature pixie cut, as her hair looks very cute and polished slicked back.

I’m confused by this look.
The soft and girly shirt and skirt together with the edgy leather jacket just doesn’t work for me. Especially when teamed with heavy make up and bad hair.
And then to throw in a fourth colour with the clutch it just feels “trying to hard” (or maybe not trying at all..)
I think if the jacket were shorter or zipped up and worn with an inspired footwear, it would work for me. Sadly, this does not, and I hate saying this because I usually like her style so much.

She’s actually got hair extensions at the moment for her movie role. So its not slicked back hair, though that would be cute. I like this look, shorts are super cute x
I wish the skirt was longer as its hem makes it look hiked up. If it were, then this would be a cute look for Emma. The leather jacket with the sweet jacket is very her. I’m not sure if the clutch is overkill or if it adds just the right touch. I LOVE her hair here–so glad she’s past the awkward stage!

Uh, I hate her makeup. It’s terribly aging, with a hint of Princess Leia.

Not digging the makeup or hair. She looks elfin. The outfit is cute and okay, but not great.
I don’t care for her makeup and think I would have liked the outfit better without the leather jacket. I do like the little pop of pink with her clutch though.
I think the make up is a bit heavy for the look. And I think I would have preferred it without the jacket.

It might not be fashion forward but it’s a cute look for going out. I love the shape of the jacket. Loads of young girls would happily replicate this look though at H&M.
