Miranda Lambert was shimmering on the red carpet for the 2012 Academy of Country Music Awards, which were held on Sunday in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The singer, who picked up multiple trophies including ‘Female Vocalist of the Year’ and ‘Album of the Year’, looked amazing wearing a Randi Rahm liquid-gold sequin gown.
A golden girl needs golden jewels. Fred Leighton’s cascading diamond chandelier earrings and spectacular a diamond swallow cuff accessorized her look perfectly.
Side-swept blonde tumbling curls and a copper lip colour provided the finishing touched.

The dress isn’t doing her body any favors and I think that the dress would have worked better on a brunette.

I’m not really a fan of this dress on its own (it’s an odd texture) and I really don’t like it on Miranda. I don’t think it flatters her figure and I think she needs more support in the bust area. That said, I like the gold color on her and her hair, makeup, and earrings.

Not liking this… she should be wearing structured, bold colors, not gold drapy fabric that makes her look bigger than she really is.

Miranda looks beautiful, her hair, makeup and styling is fabulous but I don’t love the dress. It has too much of a peeling paint look for me
To me, she resembles a lizard or some other kind of reptile. I hate to say it, because I really love Miranda’s music and her fierce attitude, but the color and shape of the dress do NOT flatter her figure.
