Amandla Stenberg In Tony Ward Couture – 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards

Amandla Stenberg looked gorgeous in black and gold on the red carpet for the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday afternoon.

The young actress who plays Rue in ‘The Hunger Games’ wore a Tony Ward Spring 2010 Couture dress.

Her black dress with gold embellishments was accented with a yellow waistband for an adorable pop of colour which keeps the look youthful.

Kate Spade New York lace-up shoes, tumbling curls and a gorgeous smile completed her look.

She is so adorable and that dress is awesome!! She just radiates and has the prettiest smile!!
I think that for a little girl her makeup artist went a little far with the blush though.

    Adorable.
She’s right there with Kiernan Shipka in the “Well dressed and yet age-appropriate kid actresses” club.

      yes I saw it yesterday.

I really enjoyed it. It’s not a movie I would normally see because of the violence, but I loved Jennifer and young Amandla.

I absolutely adore this girl – saw ‘The Hunger Games’ at the weekend and thought she was a fantastic actress as well as being breathtakingly beautiful. I think we will hear a lot more about Amandla. I loved her outfit at the LA premiere and love this one too. A star is born!

Aww, too cute for words.Really precious! They really managed to make a (black!) grown-up dress look totally age appropriate. I would like to suggest this for BDOTW.

I dont care how popular those shoes are at the moment, they do NOT go with that dress!! Gold ballet flats would have looked ten times better.

I love how this look keeps her up-to-date stylish and has the it-feel without a hint of mature sexual objectification.
