Kate Winslet was our winner for best dress this week – no surprises.
The British actress was breath-taking on the red carpet for the Titanic 3D World premiere.
Some weren’t that impressed with Kate’s Jenny Packham gown, which was surprising.
Whilst I did like love the gown, I will agree that the dress was only doing 10% of the work.
Kate’s regal presence made up the 90%.

Lol, I was one of those people that felt like I was missing something with this dress, similar to that Gwyneth Paltrow Versace cut-out dress that made it to BDOTY. It freaks me out sometimes! But that’s not to say that she doesn’t look absolutely stunning, nonetheless.
You’re right about the dress only doing 10% of the work, Kate has never looked better.
I agree, she looks so confident out there. That’s one reason she was my best dressed. She really sold this look to me.
