Back in 2010, Camilla Belle glided down the red carpet at the Metropolitan Opera premiere of ‘Armida’ wearing this cream YSL Edition Sior layered gown with a black velvet bow and black-and-white detailing around the bust.
The ‘Push’ actress looked regal and sexy accessorizing her dress with black strappy sandals, a gold clutch, onyx drop earrings and a side-parted updo.
This week, ‘Hugo’ star Chloe Moretz wore the same strapless gown in navy to the Opera Gala premiere of ‘Manon’.
She opted for a black choker, black satin YSL Tribtoo pumps, a black clutch and a sleek ponytail.
Camilla’s cream gown allows you to see all the detail clearly, but her accessories are far superior, so she wins for me.

Camilla works this look. The ivory color shows off the beautiful detailing, and the strappy sandals compliment the dress beautifully. Chloe’s navy dress seems to drown the detailing, and the choker ruins an already bad look.
