Jaime King was one of the many celebrities to help Jared Eng celebrate his 30th birthday this weekend with a blow-out bash at Pink Taco Sunset Strip in LA.
When I saw the actress wearing this Prabal Gurung Spring 2012 ensemble, suddenly the blue/turquoise hair made some kinda sense.
I really disliked Jaime’s new hair colour with her delicate Christian Dior gown, but it works with this edgier look.
Hair aside, Jaime’s look consisted of a floral-swirl-print silk shirt with turquoise silk scuba track shorts and black strappy sandals.
Has this look warmed you to Jaime’s blue hair?

She looks adorable. The shorts looks a hair large. I also really liked the jacket. It looks a little softer that way.
Now this is more like it. It’s a quirky fun look and it works well with the blue hair!
I agree with you.
Love the clothes but I cannot put into words how much I hate the hair. It’s like Smurf light.
“Has this look warmed you to Jaime’s blue hair?” – No, at all.
+11 And I don’t like this look at all. The shorts are horrific…as though a bad bridesmaid’s dress was made into shorts!
No to the hair, **** no, to the shorts. She has done MUCH better!
+1,me too a big NO for both hair and this look
While the hair doesn’t kill the look on this occasion it doesn’t add anything either. Everyone else who’s rocked this collection hasn’t had nonsensical hair. Also, I would’ve preferred the runway shoes.
The whole outfit is really cute, but the hair is just ridiculous.
She is pulling a Katy Perry.
love the outfit as it was one of my fave of Prabal gurung show but the hair is still NO.
I actually like the hair in this context. I would’ve preferred the look with the coat though.
I like this look even with the hair – but she should go back to a normal color (and this also applies to Katy Perry)
I like the look – it’s new and fresh and quirky in a good way. The hair doesn’t bother me all that much.
I like this look much better with the hair, much more appropriate. But I do wish she would try a more subtle approach to her hair color since it won’t work with every look and we don’t want to see the same style every time. For the most part, this is a very quirky and fun look and I hope she can continue to coordinate her hair this well with her outfits.
I kind of love this. Well played, Jaime. Well played.
very cute
