Yoona of Girls Generation attended a press conference for her new drama ‘Love Rain’ at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul, South Korea, yesterday.
The singer/actress looked super pretty wearing a Louis Vuitton Spring 2012 dress.
Her floral embroidered dress with a sheer white overlay and flutter sleeves was teamed with plain neutral pumps.
As you know, I’m all about colour, but she played it right here by keeping the looks simple and minimal to allow the dress to do all the talking.
Light curls and a pink lip colour completed her look.
Cate Blanchett wore this same dress earlier this year.

I love that you are covering some Korean celebs now. I’m a big fan of Girls Generation especially Yoona. She looks especially pretty here. I think Korea and Japan has some amazing fashion going on.

The dress looks modified to fit closer through the waist. A definite improvement.
The dress made her glow and enhanced her skintone.
Coupled with the light make-up & hairstyle, YoonA was
the Goddess of SIMPLICITY & MINIMALISM that night!
I have to disagree. This is a kind of dress that needs a pop of colour via accessories (or an interesting hairstyle at least)not minimal styling that allows the dress to do all the talking. The talking this dress does is simply not strong enough, it’s way too weak and bland. Agree with Asherlev1 above, coral pumps would’ve brightened up this washed out look.
The looks is cute but i prefer a higher heels for this dress..
I didn’t mind it on Cate as much as some did–I think she nearly always looks elegant–but I think Yoona really owns the look. So cute, fresh, and elegant! Adorable!
