Jaime King hosted an interactive evening celebrating The Saint Vintage Love Tour benefiting Stand Up to Cancer at The Andaz in West Hollywood, California, last night.
The actress wore a Christian Dior Spring 2012 dress.
Her dress, which had a black bodice with a light green chiffon skirt with embroidery, was teamed with a statement necklace and earrings which complemented her dress.
Let’s start with the hair, because frankly that’s all I can focus on.
When did blue hair become the latest thing in hairdressing?
I can just about take it on Katy Perry as we expect it on her, but on Jaime I have to say it looks ridiculous.
It looks like a home dye-job gone horribly wrong. In parts, it looks like her hair is going green.
I can’t take her seriously with this hair colour.

The hair is terrible, liek that time she wore those shoes with the Banana Republic Mad Men dress. The first Celebrity to do blue hair was Kate Bosworth in summer followign her break up, and luckily the next time she was otu she went back to blonde, so I’m hoping

Oh I’m so disappointed because she has been showing such a true sense of style…I really like her vibe…and the dress is lovely once again…but THE HAIR!!!
Dip-dyed hair is all the rage. I’m surprised you were not aware of the trend. And it’s likely to get more popular before it goes away, as it’s definitely still on the upswing. The “faded” effect is intentional.
I actually like it, and think it works fine with this dress, but do think that crazy colors (whether dip-dye or “my little pony” or “unicorn” colors) limit what you can wear with them… Kelly Osborne’s mauve hair is a good example. She does not always dress in a colors that are harmonious with it, and so it ends up making everything look busier.

Ombre is not quite the same as dip-dyed.
With dip-dyed is more uneven, with more intentional color variation.
But clearly, this and the my little pony color trends are not generally likes.
Yes, the hair is bad. But even if her hair were blonde she really busied up this dress with the necklace. All in all, she looks kind of like a corpse.

Nah, it may not be popular here, but I love the hair, and love that it mirrors the fade to blue in the dress.
i actually like this shade of blue. the only thing that annoys me is the dark roots. had it not been dip-dyed like this i would really love it. btw FC, i am loving your latest favourites, they are so colourful!

I so dislike the blue hair–hair colors should be NATURAL imo. Katy’s is awful, Jaime’s is pathetic. The dress is pretty bad as well.
The hair totally ruins this gorgeous dress. The comments you made about the bad die job FC are spot on. The purple and dark blue shades here and there makes it really look like something went wrong.
Hate the hair. It looks awful and completely ruins what could be a beautiful dress. And I agree with you FC, how they’ve dyed it makes it look like a botched home job. I know it is supposed to be ombre (a look I don’t really like that much in the first place), but this looks like they went all Jackson Pollock and just slopped colour everywhere. Meh..
I don’t personally like the hair, but I like the fact she is having fun with it!
