Kaley Cuoco joined Kirsten Bell at the Beverly Hills Hotel yesterday evening for the 20th anniversary of the Alzheimer’s Association event, ‘A Night at Sardi’s.’
The blonde beauty chose a sweet Tadashi Shoji Spring 2012 dress.
Her vibrant yellow sleeveless tiered cocktail dress with a pleated tulle skirt and ribbon trim was great choice for Kaley as her red carpet choices can be a tad questionable at times.
Yellow is definitely having a red carpet moment right now, as Kaley is just the latest star on the long list of celebs to sporting the bright hue.
Bronze Brian Atwood Mary-Janes and a Atelier Swarovski by Konstantin Kakianas clutch accessorize the ’50′s inspired frock.
A tight, wavy ponytail and nude lippie complete the look.

I find this remarkably boring, and I really don’t like the shoes with the dress.
Looks fresh and happy. Like everything except the bronze shoes. Ugh.
This is bad prom dress.
She looks adorable!
It’s an adorable look, yellow looks great on her but I find the dress a bit too sweet and girly (esp. combined with the wavy ponytail) for the womanly Kaley, and I wouldn’t choose bronze to go with the yellow, gold would’ve worked better.
I love Tadashi but I dont think that the dress was the right choice. It makes her look too young and teh shape isnt very awesome.
‘as her red carpet choices can be a tad questionable at times.’ Thats a nice way of saying ‘Hot Mess!’
lol
I think it makes her appear a bit too busty.
Something about this doesn’t excite me.
Such a pretty spring look. Love everything, especially the inspired shoes but wish the hair on top had a skosh more volume.

I saw this and thought ‘canary’.
There is a point where sweet becomes too sweet – This is too sweet and uninteresting and somehow stereotypical – It’s a disaster in my opinion
Unfortunately I dont like this look. The shape of the dress doesn’t do any favours for Kaley as it makes her look too top heavy and wide with the bad fit around the bust. I do like the colour thoug. I didn’t like the look of the shoes in another photo I saw but I like them in this photo lol I like the bronze with the yellow.
I think that this was not the right choice–it would be adorable on Amandla or Kiernan or Elle, but it is just too young for Kaley.
I would love this on someone like Elle Fanning or Sami Gayle.
It’s just too sugary for Kaley, plus it’s making her look really broad in the chest. A different cut would be so much more flattering on her enviably athletic build.
A bit too cutesy for me, but good overall.
love everything except the shoes. but the bodice appear tight isn’t it? would’ve work better with gold, indeed
The dress isn’t right for her.
Like the dress.. hate the shoes
