‘Britain’s Got Talent’ auditions are back in London with the judges taking to the red carpet at London’s BFI Imax cinema this afternoon.
Alesha Dixon, a new judge on this season’s panel, stepped out wearing a Vivetta cloud-print dress from the designer’s Spring 2012 collection.
The dress features cut-outs, black side panels, a white collar and a white tie.
Had it not been for the weird shoulders, which are capped on the model, and the tie, I could’ve forced myself to love this look.
As it is? It’s a no from me.

Cute on the model, otherwise terrifying.

Looks like she’s about to take off.
She’s got shoulder umbrella’s!
I admire her for taking a risk but the dress is overdesigned, and the shoulder detail makes her look like a linebacker. The hair, while beautiful, adds nothing.
Oh, my! I appreciate the word “overdesigned” – that is it in a nutshell. Too much even in a solid rather than a print. As if things weren’t busy enough – she added in a necktie – quelle horreur!
I know this is supposed to be unique and edgy, but I feel I’ve seen this kind of “edgy” look so many times before, that now, I don’t really care about it.
The sky is falling! And with it, fashion.
Why do some people have to try SO hard? I like the shoes but the shoulders on that dress are horrible. Not to mention the pattern.
