Jennifer Lawrence did a quick change after her arrival at the Ed Sullivan Theatre, so I guess this is the dress she will actually wear on Late Show With David Letterman.
‘The Hunger Games’ actress greeted fans wearing a Prabal Gurung Pre-Fall 2012 dress.
Her black matte fitted jersey sheath dress with raglan sleeves has a copper laminated lace panel which has a waist narrowing effect.
On this occasion she opted for a half-up, half-down hairstyle, but she kept the same Jimmy Choo sandals.
Which look do you prefer?
Raoul or Prabal Gurung?

She’s so pretty and fresh faced. I really enjoy watching her. She looks lovely.
Prabal. Hair is terrible though.
+1
She looks pretty fabulous in everything she puts on. Her bod is amazing. Oh to be 20 again…..
+1
+2 and I want those shoes.
Better length here but the long sleeves, the lace panel and even the half ´do make it look a bit matronly, I much preferred the flirty youthfulness of her Raoul.
I think the Gurung’s length is more appropriate since she’ll be sitting down. The Raoul is flirty and this one is more sophisticated. But for event appropriateness, it would be a tough call for me because I like them both.
I like both these dresses, but kind of prefer the Raoul. More youthful and her hair looks adorable.
Raoul. This Prabal Gurung dress makes her look much more older than 20.
Wow – Are we now at two outfits per TV appearance?
I prefer the Raoul dress: much fresher and younger.
Plus, I really dislike the hair here. It looks like a hairstyle Lucy Camden would opt for (yes, I just made a Seventh Heaven reference, which is quite awkard, I know…LOL).
I prefer everything about the other look better. I don’t like the way the coloring on this dress and I LOVED her hair for the other look whereas this….just is.
This is much better, obviously.
Definitely Prabal. She looks amazing!

I like this dress but I like her hair in the Raoul look.
She looks better in the Raoul dress. The Prabal Gurung dress looks too mature for her.
I have a feeling I’d like both better if she stood with better posture. At least this doesn’t seem like a chronic problem – we’ve seen her do it.
I think the sleeves on this one look heavy considering the unseasonably warm temps we are having where I live, biasing me towards the Raoul.
She looks stunning in Prabal Gurung. Love that Jimmy Choo heels ~
They look so nice and their dress suits them so well.
fresh face
lovely. i dont mind the hair actually
i don’t mind the hair too. i think it suits her very cute smile
I’m in love with Jennifer Lawrence! The funny thing is, yes, she could have opted for a more polished hairstyle befitting her dress, but I think the
“imperfection” actually humanizes her and makes her more appealing/approachable.
I love it – she’s on a roll. But I think I prefer the Raoul look.
Beautiful!
Prabal Gurung.Much better
I love the dress, she looks great.
I prefer this look, although I wish it were a tad bit looser. It seems SO snug! It is a very sophisticated dress though, and I like the gold lace. The hair, though, has been really bothering me lately…
I love this look and prefer it to the Raoul look. Gorgeous dress and I like the shoes better with this look also. She is stunning
