Ellie Kemper joined a host of A-list celebs, including Zoe Saldana and Katie Holmes, at the inaugural 25 Most Powerful Stylists Luncheon hosted by The Hollywood Reporter and Jimmy Choo at Soho House in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon.
Earlier this week, she opted for a sweet Oscar de la Renta dress, but on this occasion she wore an edgier Peter Pilotto dress.
Her Fall 2012 dress was instantly recognisable by the signature multi-coloured optical graphic print and the flared hemline which featured on a lot of pieces from this collection.
Her red wavy locks were teased up into a simple updo with black patent accessories which didn’t compete with her dress.

I like the dress, the shoes are meh and that is some real church lady hair!

I love this dress and vibe. Shoes could certainly have been more interesting.
Love the dress but the accessories are boring.
I don’t like her hair but everything else is fine.
You have to have a perfect figure to pull this print off and she does. I find the dress too busy because of the detail at the hem–the print is enough without that. Wish the dress stopped short of that flared part.
The hair and bland accessories have really diluted the impact of dress. Marissa Tomei could teach her how to work an outfit.
I do not like this dress…she is cute and cheery but this look isn’t great.
