January Jones was at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, California yesterday evening during PaleyFest 2012 where they honoured ‘Mad Men’.
The actress wore a Jenny Packham Fall 2012 sky-blue long-sleeved shift dress with silver stud embellishments.
I don’t know what possessed her to wear thick black tights and black suede pumps with her summery dress, but she totally killed the look.
I’m further confused by the pink streaks in her blonde hair.
How very Lauren Conrad of her.

I actually thought it was Dianna at first glance!

I laughed! My first thought when I saw this was, “Oh, January…child, you are better than this!” But maybe she was just trying to do her best Dianna Agron impression!
I love the dress and think the pink streaks are cute. And since she was sitting in front of an audience for hours in a short dress, I can’t blame her for wanting to wear tights.
I actually like her hair but she could have worn sheer hose not tights.
The dress I like, everything else is a huge no. I wish adults would grown out of hair color that could never naturally grow from someone’s head, it’s fine for performance but in normal life it’s childish imo.

Rachel definitely did it better. I would like the dress with the some of the accessories FC picked in the sidebar- the pink Valentino bag and the blue Jimmy Choos would have made the dress look more flirty and sort of flippant instead of ill-matched to the heaviness of the opaques and forgettable pumps.

Another dress that doesn’t photograph as well as it looks in person. I love the detailed shot because you can see all the embellishments to the dress. The embellishments really make the dress look amazing but you don’t get as great a sense of that until you see it up close.
