Jennifer Hudson In Ralph & Russo – The Smith Centre for the Performing Arts

Jennifer Hudson performed at the official opening of The Smith Centre for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Saturday.

The singer looked sensational wearing a Ralph & Russo Couture gown which nips her in at the waist.

Her black crystal-embellished gown with a lace neckline was teamed with an amazing pair of burnt-orange sea-glass cabochon earrings.

Hot-pink lips and a half-up, half-down hairstyle, completed the gorgeous look.

The one thing that brings this look down is her visible bra.

Utterly sublime…especially when you think of where she has come from, style-wise. I can forgive her the bra – she looks truly beautiful.

Everything is perfect, until we saw the bra. :(
How a little thing can ruin the whole look.

Ahh if only the bra wasn’t so visible because this gown is sensational!

This is one of the most beautiful looks I have ever seen her in. And she looks natural and radiant.
The bra doesn’t really bother me either.

Wow! I’ll give her a pass on the bra because the rest of the look is so perfect. Although it’s really early in the week, I think I would go for a BDOTW nod.

Couldn’t agree more and didn’t really notice it until it was mentioned. Her figure looks great in this dress.

Bra aside looking every inch a star. One of better looks after her princess turn at the 2012 NAACP.

I’m rather bothered by the bra – I find myself really distracted when I see the second pic. Maybe it’s just me, but it looks rather ill-fitted at the chest area. Rest of the gown looks great though, and the bra doesn’t show much if I see it from afar.

From her style, it’s clear she is an always bra wearer, so I don’t think she would have worn this dress without one. And I think it looks amazing on her, really compliments her figure, and looks great on stage. So the bra isn’t a big deal to me since from the stage you can’t really see it, only in the zoom in shots.
