Victoria Beckham, aka the hardest working mother in showbiz, graces two covers for French fashion magazine, Madame Figaro.
To the left she dons a Prada Spring 2012 bodysuit and to the right an edgy Alexander Wang perforated leather halter dress.
The rest of her amazing editorial sees her wearing two looks from her own line, Lanvin and Hakaan.
In her interview she talks about her admiration for Miuccia Prada, her style icons, what you will never see her wearing and how much she loves to shop on Net-A-Porter.com.
Here are some extracts from her interview:
On her biggest dream: “I’d love to see the world through the eyes of Miuccia Prada! The woman is a genius. Her vision is of ultra-intelligent fashion. Each season, she creates something new, she knows how to surprise. I don’t know her very well, but our meeting was a great honour for me.”
On her fashion icons: “I love the style of Kate Bosworth and Clemence Poesy. I am obsessed with their girlie style. I find it very interesting.”
On what she’ll never be seen wearing: “You’ll never see me on the street in a tracksuit. I just love fashion too much to wear a tracksuit! The same goes for Ugg boots. I only wear them only at home.”
On whose style she would like to steal: “Without hesitation Tilda Swinton. I like the way she dresses. She knows about fashion. It always seems confident. I would like to design clothes for her.”
On her last purchase: “A pair of mint green Prada Spring 2012 shoes.”
On what she is addicted to: “I’m addicted to Prada, to cardigans and bags Hermes. I love to buy vintage handbags Kelly and Birkin auctions.”
On the best place for shopping: “I am a big fan of Net-A-Porter.com. When the kids are asleep, I can travel on this site for several hours. I like the idea of quietly shopping at home for clothes and returning them if it don’t work. This is absolute freedom.”

love the covers especially the prada body suit
Some of the pics look good. But in most she looks too much like a robot. She shouldn’t controll herself so much.
I so agree with you Rahel – i think she really needs to relax sometimes. Would love to see her dressed more casual – more fun.
The new(?) hair style is great.love her in Lanvin white top and the silver dress from her own line.Wish she can go for different style of clothes and poses from now on.
find this editorial, boring, we are see better of her, she’s a fashion-queen buzness, why wore this boring clothes, and these boring pose,
she can do better , the cover look like she’s just out on the bed and david take her a pics
that’s my point
I just adore Victoria beckham love this shoot
I hope she wears those Prada shoes soon rather than another pair of those awful Louboutins she regularly sports.
+1! exactly what I thought.
The photo shoot isn’t very exciting but I liked her answers. She’s respectful of people like Miuccia Prada but doesn’t pretend they’re BFFs or anything silly like that, she praises Tilda Swinton’s style … and she realises that Ugg boots were only ever meant to be worn at home! I’ve always been a bit iffy about “celebrity designers” but she takes her new career seriously and seems to be in for the long haul.
All of the photos are AMAZING!!!
i like victoria and her designs but i think her style is predictable, she need to do different style, like something out of the box.
Oh- She looks like a little girl’s lost barbie doll in that body suit photo.
She looks great! I love the Alexander Wang dress paired with those shoes!!! Her interview was great! Thanks for posting
I don’t like it when she says she would never wear this or that…we ve seen her in ballerina pumps and even in a tracksuit not so long ago http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_RYrGUa3Ovr8/S5KnZBX2rMI/AAAAAAAADng/0d8dtFvn6VU/s1600/Faves-Sweats.bmp . I don’t see what the big deal is
LOl…i thought the same thing, but that was Posh Spice who also used to live in Juicy Couture tracksuits.
As Victoria Beckham she is right, we will never see her in a tracksuit
realised something about VB… it’s either u love her or u loathe her… she gets tons of mixed reviews n comments about her… but i LOVE her…
second cover is the better one i think.. great editorial
Great shots of her! She looks amazing in the Alexander Wang with the acid green heels. J’adore.
VB is simply the best!
She’s got the posing ability of a praying mantis. If it’s anything that she needs to learn that is to just relax!
I could never see Tilda Swinton in VB…
She is walking complex, cold and uninteresting. I feel sorry for her.
FC, this interview makes it sound to me like she reads your website…
lol..you think so? the Tilda reference?
That hairstyle really suits her!
Every photo looks super-posed and over-done, but I thought her interview was interesting.
Yes she’s over-posing, but she’s Victoria Freaking Beckham. Her whole life is one big pose.
I personally think she looks incredible, and I love the super-soft hair and make-up.
I personally hate the cover in Alexander Wang, her arms and neck look awful, and she looks skinnier than ever!! But there are some great pics inside the magazine…
