It’s so cold in Paris that I’m popping Strepsils like Skittles in an attempt to keep a cold at bay, so I did feel a shiver down my spine when I saw Katy Perry wearing this look yesterday.
The singer, who is in town for Fashion Week, was spotted returning to her hotel wearing Vera Wang Spring 2012 look.
Her mint super piqué eyelet peplum vest was paired with an unlined sheer chiffon drawstring skirt, so you could see her matching hot pants.
Continuing the summery feel to her look Katy added a coral Jimmy Choo ‘Rosalie’ bag and white Christian Louboutin sandals to her look.
Someone did tell she was coming to Paris for Fall 2012 Fashion Week…right?

No just no. Not appropriate to show your undies in public and the shoes are awful. She could at least worna coat if it’s that cold.

It’s not that cold in Paris anymore, i just turn off the heater in my flat,
but this could have been a great look minus the blue hair.

I think these must be the infamous celebrity heated knickers that enable so many celebs to wear skimpy clothes in freezing cold temps. At least we get a look at them! Haha
