Rose Byrne joined Ginnifer Goodwin and Diane Kruger to celebrate an evening of fashion and film at Madeo in Beverly Hills, California, on Saturday evening for Chanel’s annual Pre-Oscar dinner party co-hosted with Charles Finch.
The actress wore a Chanel Resort 2012 textured colour-block look which featured a black top paired with a colour-block navy-and-white skirt.
I would’ve preferred it had this look been just navy and white.
The black top and pumps make me want to hit the snooze button, but I do love the hot-red lips and her glossy bob.

Neck up is great but the clothes are soooo boring
I really like the black navy white combo + the red lips and blunt bangs, I think white + navy would’ve looked a little too “morning” for a dinner party. Hahaha but I agree, the pumps could have been better.
Unusually ho-hum for her. This look is really all over the place.
Yes, it’s not terrible but it is disappointing.
I adore black + navy. It’s the classiest combination for me.
Carine Roitfeld once claimed it was her favourite as well.
Rose never disappoints.
I agree!
The black top is a bit distracting but she looks good… love
She should have worn those Prada spring 2012 shoes!
I think if she worn some other type of shoes this would have looked better.
I love this color combo
She’s got Anna Wintour’s bob and now her pose? Good lord…I would have preferred an all navy/white look too.
A semi-loose fitting top with a wide white horizontal stripe across the abdomen and a straight skirt below…design disaster.
