Sarah Hyland looked lovely as she arrived on the red carpet for the 2012 Oscars, held in California yesterday evening.
The young actress opted to wear an Alberta Ferretti gown.
Her dark lilac, romantic floaty gown with asymmetric sleeves was styled with a chic updo and pretty makeup.
I wish she had added a dazzling clutch as the look is missing something.

This is the cheapest looking gown I have ever see on the red carpet
The cut and finish on this gown is appalling the miserable fitting bodice and puckered front seam are shocking, it looks so bad it looks like its been in a hot wash, tumble dried and not ironed.
I dont think she actually went to the Oscars, I think she was just a correspondent for E news

The make up and hair are beautiful. But the dress? Not so much.
I love the color and loved the dress when I first saw it but it does look a bit flimsy.

hideously drab color on her. poor fit and in need of accesories.
The dress color is nice and what I feel she is missing is jewelry. A nice diamond necklace and bracelets something of that nature to up the look.
Ill fitting and poorly draped. Also, she doesn’t have enough edginess to pull of asymmetrical anything.
Her make up does look pretty, I just wish that her foundation wasn’t too orange for her skin tone. Her face is a completely different shade to her neck and decolletage. I agree with the above comments, the colour of the dress is pretty on her, but the dress itself is highly average.

I am a year too late, but I just saw a picture of Elsa Pataky wearing the same dress at cannes a couple of years back. It’s weird how she would wear it now
