Miley Cyrus had a busy night attending both the Vanity Fair Oscar party and Elton John Oscar party with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.
She wore a grey long sleeve Roberto Cavalli gown.
Her floral embroidered gown with a chiffon skirt with an open back is lovely, but the whole look feels too mature for the actress.
I wish she’d opted for something younger and funkier.
That red lip colour is gorgeous on her.

I absolutely hate this look. At fist I thought it was Cheryl cole, because it just looks so desperate.
he red lips, though they, alone, are fine, with the outfit re terrible. The hair is horrible, both the style and the colour/s. The dress is pretty ugly by itself, but on her it is especialyl bad, the posing bad, and that got worse when she was with her bf, the shoes bad the ring overload bad. Seriously my worst dressed so far this yea, I prefered Blake’s Vivienne westwood shirt and skirt mess and even the evian baby tee.

Disaster. The make-up with the lipstick, waaaay too big eye lashes, the pout, the terrible hair.. Looks very cheap to me.

i think she looks beautiful, the styling really suits her. the only thing that bugs me, is the dress makes her seem shorter than she is. i think the skirting begins too late down in the dress. another hit for the red carpet Miley!

I think if they had taken the chiffon off and just had the gown going to the floor or even have it as a mini then she would of looked great. Don’t get me wrong the dress is beautiful and would look stunning on someone a little older perhaps.

neck up she looks beautiful, very classic hollywood. but what a matronly and unflattering dress! it somehow manages to make her look so wide, and miley cyrus is not wide! she looks like a linebacker!

I agree with FC, this look is way too mature for Miley… its best suited for someone like Diane Kruger – if it were Diane in this dress with that hair and makeup it would have had much more impact and personally I would have been blown away.

wow i can’t believe no one else seems to like this! she looks stunning to me! i think sometimes miley cyrus has such bad rapport with the public that every time she makes a personal appearance there is something she does/wears/says that is a turn off, but this is classy in my opinion.
As far as hair and makeup go, this is the best we’ve seen from Miley. However, the dress doesn’t really work. It’s always one or the other with her. Maybe one day she’ll get it right.
Love the dress. Hate the make up!!! Way to heavy it makes her look so old. But I’m glad she looks classy though.

If you hacked off the extra fabric and just had it as a short dress, it really would have worked for me. She needs a little bit of skin, and maybe some different lipstick, to breath some life into this look.
It ages her too much. It’s the most glamourous night in Hollywood,, but this look would be perfect for somebody of her mother age.

If the dress didn’t have the tassels thing going on at the bottom, it would be much younger looking, yet still that bit grown up, the way she seems to want to be portrayed. I think they tried too hard here.

It’s good to dabble into another kind of fashion every now and then, no matter how young you are. Her hair especially is really neat!
