Gwen Stefani attended the 20th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party at The City of West Hollywood Park, California last night.
The singer, who arrived with her No Doubt bandmates, wore a Zuhair Murad Fall 2011 Couture dress.
Her long-sleeve black lace dress with black crystal beadwork and cherry-red floral appliqués needed that runway belt.
The end result leaves her looking boxy, which is surprisingly considering the fabric.
I’m also not impressed with those tired YSL Trib Too’s.
The dress is pretty, but the styling is terrible.

Gee, that model most be TINY!
Before I even read the boxy comment, I thought the same thing to myself instantly upon seeing this picture. I hate this look, the shoes are awful with this dress and the hair is the worst!!!
Totally +1 this is one of the worst looks at the event…on the model is was interesting but it’s not right for Gwen.
I don’t care for this on her. Her shoes are bland too.
Wished she would copy the runway styled.

I normally love anything Gwen puts together but this is not her best look – by far.
On the model it looks intriguing, on her it looks like a splotchy mess. She needs the belt, the asymmetrical neck cutout, and to ditch the helmet hair.
Too much but that’s her.

Wow she looks big – has she put on weight? The model looks awesome in this dress, but Gwen is too thick to pull it off. Lose some lbs girl!
