Dita Von Teese In Jenny Packham – Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party

Dita Von Teese took in last evening’s Oscars at Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party in West Hollywood.

The burlesque beauty stunned in Jenny Packham Fall 2012 gown.

Dita sat front row at the designer’s New York show just a couple of weeks ago, so she would’ve ordered this beauty straight after the show.

The soft pink chiffon beaded cap sleeve gown with a keyhole bodice is a soft look for Dita.

This colour is gorgeous against her pale skin and raven hair.

Bulgari jewels, Louboutin heels and a Swarovski clutch completed her look.

My jaw dropped to the floor when seeing this. Perfection!

    Perfection down to her fingertips!

Top 5 best dressed of the entire night, just gorgeous!

Wonderful old school glamour. What Dita does best. Jenny Packham is really having a moment lately. It’s like her brand went under the radar as largely bridal for so long, then Catherine of Cambridge wore her last summer and all of a sudden she’s everywhere.

I should say that I know Dita has been wearing Jenny Packham for ages, but others seem to be flocking to her recently.

In my opinion, she is the best dressed of the entire oscars night. This year’s oscars didn’t wow me.

Classic Dita. She always hits it out of the park. I also love that she is so loyal to designers. Dita and Jenny Packham still seem like a perfect fit.

I wish the sequined band went straight across and not around her neck. Looks like it is choking her but other than that stunning.

    FLAWLESS. I love her.

This feels very deja vu to me. Rosie and Katie were my favorites from this event.

Exactly. Feels like we’ve seen that dress on her more than a couple of times.

I realy am nto loving this, as I usualyl do with Dita. The colour is a little too death so washes her out a tiny bit, and I feel like she looks a lot shorter than she usually does.

This looks a little dated and yet too modern for Dita. Interesting…

She should have left the bangles at home. Other than that, she looks phenomenal

    • jane February 28, 2012 at 21:00 #

Agreed. The bangle draws my eyes away from her face. It’s seems like the bangle was an afterthought. With the amount of beading up toward her face and the earrings, she doesn’t need any more accessories.

they should have a picture of dita next to the meaning of “beautiful” in the dictionary. she looks jaw droppingly beautiful and is the definition of flawless.

    Beautiful

  15. Nat February 28, 2012 at 09:48 #

    Flawless.
One of the best dressed of the weekend.

Question: is her dress the same colour as the runway one? On the runway it looks more beige than pink…
In any case, I like the pale pink best, and it’s really great on her.

    Perfect as always.

Great color and interesting dress design. The pleating around the wait is unfortunate because it makes her look heavy in the stomach area and she is far from heavy anywhere. The pleating makes the tailoring look sloppy on the front of the bodice. Less volume in the waist would make her look taller and leaner; it would create a better line.

She puts the model to shame, she is rocking this gown. Beautiful look from Dita!
