Back in November last year, Kate Beckinsale wore this Gucci Resort 2012 dress to the LACMA’s Art and Film Gala in LA.
She teamed her strapless white dress with a black-and-gold floral embroidered belt, a bronze-coloured Kotur clutch and dangling gold and black earrings that perfectly matched her gown.
Lacquered and loose hair completed her look.
On Sunday, Veronica Echegui wore the same dress to the 2012 Goya Cinema Awards.
She teamed her look with a more complementary black-and-gold Lara Bohinc clutch and sported sexy tousled hair.
Veronica’s hair, clutch and overall sexy vibe win this for me.

How to Achieve the Classic Blowout

The two looks are very similar but I can’t stand Kate’s hairstyle.
I don’t like Kate’s hair but I prefer her clutch–she wins for me.
Veronica looks so effrotlessly sexy and elegant, she makes Kate look like a try hard. Kate’s hairstyle feels very forced and unnatural, and her major standout earrings are excessive, no need for them considering the bold floral detail on the belt.
Same dress, same belt, and you can’t see the shoes. I don’t think there’s a big enough difference between the two looks or body types to make comparisons. Despite the dress being a bit bed sheety, they both look nice.
