Kate Beckinsale joined her BFF and fellow Brit, Victoria Beckham at the Vanity Fair and Chrysler event which celebrated The Eva Longoria Foundation at Beso in LA last night.
I was pleasantly surprised to see her wearing an oldie, but goodie from the Alexander McQueen Spring 2008 collection.
Her fuchsia draped dress with a black waist was very popular at one point; as Lucy Liu and Amber Heard found themselves on a Who Wore It Best? Poll and even a then fashionable Katie Holmes donned a version of this dress.
Kate changes a habit of a lifetime by wearing peep-toes…yes, peep-toes whilst adding a snakeskin clutch and styling her hair into a ponytail to complete her look.

Oldie but goodie indeed! I love the dress, Kate being my favourite wearer of the pink version. I also like Katie Holmes’ version a lot: it seems sooo long ago when she was fashionable!
‘a then fahionable Katie Holmes’ LOL
Haha I laughed too.
I think Kate looks wonderful in this dress–the best wearer so far!
I think out of everyone whose worn this I like it on Kate the most.
+1
I like it a lot on Kate.
Also, nice choice of accessories.
It’s still a great dress!
So true!
I don’t know. Good yes, but in the same time i don’t like it.
I find that the pink color cheapens the look quite a lot, that’s why I like Katie Holmes’ version the best.
Loved it the most on Amber Heard, then Katie.
Again – stunning dress!
she looks amazing. it seems shes trying different things recently. LOVE her!
Amazing! Finally something different from Kate!
Love it! She looks shiny shiny glamorous in it. Love the length, love the draping, love the fit.
“a then fashionable Katie Holmes” haha, FC, I just about lost it! Couldnt agree with you more.
FC, I think we have to expect a neon pink red carpet trend – how many have we seen so far??
not sure. I will have to look back
she’s looking really good
Hahaha so funny FC, oh yes the days with Katie Holmes was fashionable, so long ago – I like her version the most but Kate looks the best in the dress, she look gorgeous, loving the peep toes.
