Fendi’s Fall 2012 collection was presented on a colour palette of deep greens, soft browns, wine reds and Big Bird yellow.
Karl Lagerfeld presented furs, crocodile and ostrich skin on coats, dresses and skirts, and sometimes they were all featured in one look.
Alongside the oversized coats we saw wide corset belts, pleated skirts, jackets with peaked shoulders, goat-fur sweaters, textured skirts and sheer blouses.
Key accessories included a fur-lined iPad case, the new FFXL bags and shoes in contrasting textures which were button, feathered with fur or laced.
Peter Philips gave the models white wings via their lids and Sam McKnight styled their hair into twisted tresses which had a tribal/Victorian feel to them.
