We haven’t seen supermodel Amber Valletta on the red carpet in some time, but on Tuesday night she attended the 14th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards in Beverly Hills.
Amber rocked a Roland Mouret ‘Mordecai’ dress.
Her papaya hue fresh and chic fitted dress with pleating along the neckline is gorgeous; however, all attention needs to be brought to her fabulous footwear.
Her black peep toes Louis Vuitton wedges may look simple from the front, but the intricate gold wedge detail is outstanding.
Red lip colour and pedicure finish the look.

Great dress–take notes Amy Adams–and cool shoes! Her toes are hanging over them, so they’re a tad too small, but the heels are awesome!
I instantly thought of Amy Adams, too! She would have looked great in this dress.
Gorgeous!! The colour suits her so well. Do you know what these shoes are?
Wow she looks awesome, the color is so refreshing and the shoes are gorgeous beyond words.
The more I look at it the more I´m starting to like it. Lovely colour, the pleating makes this simple dress interesting while the unusual (but perfectly complementary) shoes provide some excitement. I´m a fan of high foreheads so I don´t mind the hairstyle at all, loving the bright lips, the only thing I´d add would be very simple gold stud earrings (the look feels a bit bare from the neck up).
I like the dress. Her hair and makeup are so severe. I get that they are clean and minimal like the dress, but a little softness could have made her look less intimidating
Yes, agreed. My first thought was the almost forbidding austerity of her look. Love the dress, shoes – but the face warns me off.
I love it all especially the amazing shoes, however 2 things prevent a perfect 10 score from me – the hair is too severe and the length of the dress is a bit too short to me.
The hair is definitely too severe, its actually quite aging. The shoes are such an interesting choice, I love them.
This is a beautiful color on her! Wow, I really like this dress. It fits her well. But the makeup is a little distracting. The lipstick color ages her, while a neon red would have been perfect. The shoes are hot!
At first I thought she was Uma Thurman. Quite a resemblance. I like this look though. It’s simple and sexy.
so true. never noticed that before
Why does Amber Valeta always look sad? She looks like she has been crying…
She is a true supermodel. There’s no critic here. She’s perfect.
I adore Mouret — so flattering, and I WANT those shoes!
Gorgeous dress and I LOVE the shoes!
She has a big head…
I was just about to write that
I LOVE everything about this look. Go Amber!
I love it too! The shoes are stunning.
the dress is amazing, but i don’t like anything else. i hate how big the opening on her toes is! and her expression is a bit scary! :-/
I really really hate the front of the shoes, this kind of sandal that shows so much toe (obviously this is ok with certain types of sandal, flat sandals), but I adore the wedge.
Apparently, according to this article, and I searched for ages because I was so obsessed with them, they are Louis vuitton.
