Salma Hayek turned heads at the 2012 Goya Cinema Awards held in Madrid on Sunday evening.
The gorgeous actress can be quite hit or miss on the red carpet, but this occasion was most definitely a hit.
Salma looked stunning in a deep amethyst Gucci Première silk gown.
The dress features delicate straps and a fitted bodice layered with thin raw edge panels, tightly draped and cascading into a full skirt.
She also carried a Gucci grape clutch with suede and strass embroidery.
A multi-string crystal necklace accentuates the fitted bodice, and messy curls finish the look.

I am not loving the hair and makeup but how I adore the necklace and gown. Overall, she looks fab!! And that colour, love it. Go Salma!
wow, what a waistline! loving the silhouette Gucci gives her.
hate the hair though
Love! Goya Toledo in Elie Saab was also Gorgeous!
I don’t understand the straps – they seem to be there for absolutely no reason. If they’re not holding the dress up, scrap them I say. This would have been truly divine as a strapless gown. Also, that hair needs some major maintenance. Wild curls are fine, unruly curls are not – unfortunately Salma’s fall well and truly in the latter category.

I would have preferred thicker straps or no straps at all. Still gorgeous!
Although I dislike her hair, the dress flatters her. Looks maroon on my screen but beautiful nonetheless. Her best glam RC looks seem to be in Gucci Premiere.
This is a great look for Salma, but there are 2 details that prevent me from considering it perfect: the dress makes her appear to have a tiny waist but in a weird way, imo and the hair appears a bit too messy for such an elegant look. However, the colour of the gown is lovely on her, I love how both her ring and clutch match the gown and the necklace is beautiful.

Wow!! That neckline looks amazing on her ! No faulting her this time FC !
Yeah, for the first time in a long, long time I think she looks fantastic. Hope she keeps this up. Looks like she’s found a good cut for her body type.
Beautiful. I wish the hair didn’t have highlights though. Lush, dark curls would’ve added a little something extra to the look. But she looks incredible.
she is so SEXY!!!
BDOTW for me. Perfection.
I’m not keen about the hair, but everything else (the silhouette, the colour, the jewels) is perfect!
BDOTW, for me.

She looks beautiful but there are more actresses in Goya cinema awards 2012 who look gorgeous, in case you wanna know. I’m Spanish of course… hahah!
One question… why is she taking hair style inspiration from Bellatrix Lestrange?
Loveee the dress, however I’m not too sure about the hair.
I agree.
I love this look, the best she’s ever looked in a while…
She looks fantastic except for the hair – its a little too messy.

Not a fan of the hair, but love the dress. This is the best she’s looked recently. She’s been a bit too matronly lately, but she is rocking this!
She should always wear Gucci Premiere. Period. These dresses always look just fabulous on her. Love this. BDOTW contender.
i agree!!!!
Absolutely. The sillohette is divine.
Spaghetti straps? Really?
She looks stunning!
LOVE everything including the straps and the hair. BDOTW worthy no doubt.
i dont no why she strays away from gucci when combined they create such amazing looks.
LOVE IT!
Very lovely! I’m not into the crazy hair, but I see how it adds drama and keeps her from looking too predictable.
Gorgeous! This is how you emphasize your assets in a subtle and classy way! Watch and learn startlets!
I don’t like the hair or the spaghetti straps (cap sleeves would have been nice!). The neckline is a bit too revealing, but overall it is a gorgeous gown! I love how it accentuates her slender waist and then fans out in that glorious skirt
wow, she looks like she’s in her 20′s here.kudos for that!
