Kylie Minogue was one of the presenters at the 2012 Brit Awards, held at the O2 Arena in London tonight.
The Australian singer did look stunning wearing a YSL strapless royal blue dress with a jewelled accent on the empire-waist but, like Lana Del Ray, we have seen this dress several times before on the red carpet.
I was hoping for her to wear something more interesting from Mark Fast or David Koma, but I guess she wanted a less attention-grabbing look on this occasion.

The dress is a size too big for her – long and bulky, doesn’t give her much shape. The statement earrings work well but hair and makeup could’ve been better – would’ve preferred a brighter lip colour and soft updo with this gown.

top half of the dress is alright, bottom half not so good in all honestly it looks as if she got a cheap piece of material and knocked it up herself on a sewing machine at home. earrings are meh, only saving grace was the shoes.

It fits well across the bust, then immediately grows too large for her. I don’t normally knock people for poses unless they’re truly off the wall (which this isn’t), but I would expect her to know how to strike a fierce one at any moment. Frankly, she’s coming across more like a Royal of a tiny Principality than a world famous performer.
She does come off that way! I don’t like how shiny the material is and it looks matronly.
