Tamera Mowry-Housley was in great spirits on the red carpet for the 2012 NAACP Image Awards, held at The Shrine Auditorium in LA last night.
She selected a Nicole Miller cowl-neck gown for the occasion.
Those aren’t holes in her soft grey caviar beaded gown. It’s a purposeful distressed detail to give the look a bit of an edge, whilst the open back adds some sex appeal.
A black beaded clutch completed her look.

What a drab, the bland (absence of) colour, the ragged hem, even the open back feels more on a cheap side, still she could’ve saved it if she’d brightened it up with a pop of colour via accessories.
Utterly.
The “purposeful distressed detail” is just ridiculous–doesn’t look edgy in my opinion, it looks like someone trampled her dress on the way into the venue. Not loving it.
It’s bad. She’s lovely but the stylist needs to change approaches.
She looks beautiful, but the holes didn’t need to be there.
Not loving it, the detail at the bottom just makes the dress look unfinished.
Not a fan of the holes. It cheapens the dress to me. I also would have preferred her hair up or at least to one side so we could see the top of the dress.
Looks like gray-heather t-shirt material. It’s so drab and the ragged bottom looks ugly and bedraggled.
