My reaction to seeing Paula Patton at the 2012 NAACP Image Awards, held at The Shrine Auditorium in LA last night was, “YES”.
Finally the beautiful actress is living up to her potential and giving me nothing to complain about.
She looked outstanding wearing a Monqiue Lhuiller Spring 2011 gown.
The apple red raffia embroidered strapless column gown was teamed with some magnificent gold jewels.
Seeing her looking so good here, I can’t help it wonder why things went so wrong during her MI:4 promo tour.

My reaction was pretyt much hte same, oh my god she doesn’t look terrible.
The only issue I have is with her hair, which is a constant issue for me, it just looks a bit messy, like she did it herself.
LOVE the gown, the styling, all spot on, but not really excited about it on her, would’ve preferred it on someone who could deliver a more spectacular silhouette.
Home run in my opinion. Dress and color are very flattering. She could have worn her hair 100% up, but I think this looks lovely.

Out of ten different looks, she looks good in 1 or 2, when she can do better.
Reminds me a bit of Rosario’s dress. I think if she was taller the dress would look better. But it is a vast improvement from many of her other looks.
Just like when she wore that bright yellow gown at the Golden Globes, when she gets her color choice right, her beauty radiates.

She is unbelievably gorgeous and Monique Lhuillier seems to work for her, she looked beautiful the yellow gown at the Globes. But she doesn’t seem comfortable here…but maybe as has been said she just needs some posing lessons!
Paula Patton and Monique Lhullier look like a great partnership with her Golden Globe look and now this one. It is a fabulous look and this is definitely showcasing her potential

It is a bit too tight in the bust area, but the brilliant color and intricate pattern are great on her. The best she’s looked in ages!
