Anika Noni Rose was radiant on the red carpet at the 2012 NAACP Image Awards, held at The Shrine Auditorium in LA last night.
Nominated for ‘Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series’ for her role in ‘Law & Order Special Victims Unit’, she wore a Toujouri Spring 2012 gown.
Her blue beaded halter gown was teamed with a light blue diamante clutch.
I love her faux hawk which adds a playful vibe and height to her look.

It’s a stunning colour on her and a very nice cut, however, there is a bit too much fabric on the bottom hem and it’s making her look kind of stout.
Hate the hair, all it does is turning the whole look into a joke. All she needed was a gorgeous ‘do and presence (to make up for her lack of height).
Agree the dress is too long and the hair is overdone. The dress is too long on the runway, too.

Gorgeous! She looks amazing in this dress. The color is insanely vibrant. The gown does look a little long but I’ll just ignore that.
Vegas showgirl at a prom. The bright blue color and the embellishments make it too loud and in your face, not to mention the “push-up” bodice. As for the hair, I have one word: SERIOUSLY?
