You certainly could not miss Katy Perry at Roc Nation’s Annual Pre-Grammy Brunch in West Hollywood this weekend.
The bold colour-loving singer wore a brightly colour-blocked Fausto Puglisi ensemble.
A thick black waistband separated Katy’s billowing bubblegum-pink top and aqua skirt.
Factor in her bright blue bob and you have a truly vibrant look.
While Katy often errs on the side of kitschy in her red carpet outfits, I do love her Charlotte Olympia piano keyboard-inspired heels on this occasion.
They are a fun, quirky touch for this occasion.

I like this look, Katy looks best in really vibrant colors and those piano heels are really cool.
I’m not a big fan of neon–I think I would have liked the skirt if it were paired with a white or royal blue top. The hair is bad, of course, but the SHOES.ARE.AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love it, but then I almost always love what Katie wears. She has such fun with fashion. I like the bright colors, and the shoes are perfect.
