Christina Ricci was stunning in gold at the 2012 BAFTA Awards which were held in London this evening.
The petite actress stood out in a custom-made metallic bronze Givenchy Couture wrap-dress, paired with simple Givenchy brown suede sandals.
The rich, gold colour is a glam take on such a classic design, which is played up with diamond earrings and a matching bracelet.
This is one of my favourite looks of the evening, without a doubt. Christina never disappoints.
Blunt bangs and a deep red lip finish the look.

My fav. so far. The gown looks spectacular on her, and she is working it! Good shoe choice, loving hair and makeup as well but not sold on the diamond jewelry however, they make this look feel heavy, no need for all these diamonds as the shiny dress speaks perfectly for itself.
How does such a tiny girl manage to look like a supermodel? She looks stunning. The only thing that I dont like are the shoes. I feel like they should be a gold strappy shoe, like the ones Jimmy Choo makes.
Totally stunning. Just right–dress, hair, shoes and jewelry–she looks sensational. A BDOTW contender for sure.
I hate the red lipstick. It ruins it for me.

I love the dress, but I don’t quite get the styling. I lvoe where she was going with the red lip, a full on glamour lok would have looked beautiful for me, with red nails, red shoes and not the diamonds, which, stunnign though they are, don’t quite work for me. She really can work a gown, though.
I may be the only one, but I don’t really like this. In the closeup, the dress is elegant and sophisticated, but in the full-length shot it looks too shiny and ill-fitted. I love her earrings but her hair and makeup are too harsh.

Christina and Eva Longoria are the only two petite actresses who manage to wear dresses “made for” taller women and make it work. She totally owns this looks.
